Illustrations.art transforms your photos into whimsical watercolor-style Illustrations. You upload photos, we create custom Illustrations, and deliver them to your email.

Your Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• • Not upload inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
• • Use the service for personal or legitimate business purposes

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely. Prices are displayed in USD and are charged at the time of checkout. Your order begins processing immediately after successful payment.

Refund Policy

• Refund window: 7 days from when your Illustrations are delivered
• How to request: Use the refund link in your delivery email
• Processing time: Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days
• Full refunds: We offer full refunds, no partial refunds

Intellectual Property

We use a shared rights model for all Illustrations:

• Your original photos: You retain all rights to your original photos.
• Your Illustrations: You receive full rights to use the Illustrations for any personal or commercial purpose. Print them, frame them, share them, sell products featuring them.
• Our rights: We retain the right to use Illustrations in our portfolio, marketing materials, and promotional content to showcase our service.

Artistic Interpretation

Please understand that our Illustrations are artistic interpretations:

• • Each Illustration is unique and results may vary
• • The whimsical, watercolor style is part of the artistic process

Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our maximum liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
