Effective 7 September 2026. These terms apply to new purchases in this gift studio. Earlier orders keep the offer and terms under which they were purchased.

Your digital gift.

For $7.99 USD you receive one digital watercolor-style illustration made from your photograph using generative AI, as PNG and JPG files, an A6 PDF keepsake card with your optional message, and a PDF printing guide. It is not a hand-painted commission. No physical print, frame, packaging or shipping is included. Lifestyle images show presentation ideas, not items included in the purchase.

The total and any discount are shown before you pay in Stripe checkout. Your card issuer may charge currency-conversion or other fees. We do not charge for viewing a free watermarked proof. Daily upload and retry limits apply.

Check the artwork before checkout.

Inspect the actual proof, including faces, likeness, hands, pets and important details. Generative results can simplify or alter details and do not guarantee a particular likeness. When you approve an image, that exact saved artwork is supplied after payment with the preview watermark removed. We do not regenerate it after payment. You do not need to buy an unsuitable proof.

Who can use the studio.

You must be 18 or older and have the rights and permissions needed to upload the photograph and depict the people in it, including appropriate parent or guardian permission for children. Being in a photo does not necessarily mean you own the photographer’s copyright. Do not upload unlawful material, intimate images, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not use the service for deception, harassment or impersonation. Provider safety rules also apply.

Your rights in the files.

You keep the rights you already hold in your source photograph and allow us and the necessary processors to use it to fulfil your request. We do not gain permission to use your photo or artwork in our marketing. You may download, print and share the purchased artwork for personal use and gifting, subject to rights in the source image. We do not promise exclusive copyright in generated output, unique results, or clearance of third-party rights you did not hold.

Payment, delivery and keeping your gift.

Your purchase is accepted when payment is confirmed and the approved files are made available on your private gift page. You request digital delivery immediately after payment; this does not waive statutory cancellation or faulty-content rights. A private access email is also sent to the address supplied at checkout. Check that address carefully. The gift page remains your immediate download route if email is delayed.

Downloads require a browser and a PDF or image viewer. Keep the management link private and save your files within 90 days of payment. Generation times vary and requests can fail; an unsuccessful free proof is not a paid order. If payment succeeds but delivery fails, we will restore access or provide the remedy required by law, including a refund where appropriate.

Print quality depends on the actual pixel dimensions, paper, printer and selected size. The gift page and print guide show size guidance without claiming that upscaling adds detail. The card is a flat A6 print, not a folded card. Review its layout before printing.

Refunds and consumer rights.

Our voluntary promise gives you a full refund if the artwork disappoints and you request it within 7 days of payment. Read the refund policy for the self-service process and other remedies. That promise does not shorten a statutory cancellation period or remove rights for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered content. No term excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Deletion and privacy.

Unpurchased files expire after 48 hours. Purchased source photographs expire 7 days after payment and artwork 90 days after payment. You can delete them earlier from the gift page. Deletion is permanent and does not itself request a refund. Read the privacy policy and cookie policy for processing, private access and retention.

Contact us using the details above with your order reference and what went wrong. You can request an accessible format or help using the site through the same contact. We aim to resolve complaints fairly. These terms do not prevent you using a regulator, court or dispute-resolution route available under applicable law, or require you to give up protections in your country.
